Dr4U operates the website located at www.Dr4Unow.com and other related websites and mobile applications with links to these terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions before clicking “I accept”. By accepting this agreement, you agree and are bound by its terms. This agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern access to your use of this service.
HEALTHCARE SERVICES

Dr4U is a telemedicine service that provides healthcare services to patients by independent US licensed medical professionals, each of whom is responsible for his or her services and compliance with the applicable requirements of his or her profession and license.
When you request a medical consultation with a provider from Dr4U, you will enter a doctor/patient relationship with the providers of Dr4U.
Payment is required for medical consultations at the time the consultation is requested.
The services are available to children over eight years of age, but all patients under the age of 18 must-have consent by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions on behalf of the minor.
Dr4U visits do not replace a relationship with a primary care provider but are intended to supplement that relationship for your non-emergent medical needs. If you do not currently have a primary care provider, you are encouraged to establish with one for routine medical care.
Dr4U services are currently available to anyone physically located in the state of Florida at the time of consultation. We can also treat a Florida resident patient who is traveling outside Florida unless prohibited by local laws.
DISCLAIMER
Not all conditions warrant prescription medications. There is no guarantee that medications will be prescribed.
Dr4U is not a medical provider. Medical care rendered using Dr4U is the responsibility of the individual provider.
Dr4U will not prescribe any Drug Enforcement Agency controlled substances
Medical providers for Dr4U include physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Provider selection is based on availability of providers at the time of the appointment.

Dr4U is required by federal healthcare privacy and security law and to maintain safeguards to protect your health information. Please review our Telemedicine Notice of Privacy Practices.
INFORMED CONSENT
By clicking the "AGREE" button you acknowledge that you are consenting to receive care via the service. The scope of care will be at the sole discretion of the healthcare provider who is treating you, with no guarantee of diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. The healthcare provider will determine whether or not the condition being diagnosed and/or treated is appropriate for a telehealth encounter via the service. The service respects and upholds patient confidentiality with respect to protected health information as outlined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), and, subject to HIPAA regulations, will obtain express patient consent prior to sharing any patient-identifiable information to a third party for purposes other than treatment, payment or health care operations.
